Our linseed comes from the Berkhoefel farm in Bedburg-Hau on the Lower Rhine.

The cultivation takes place on so-called conversion areas.

This means that the cultivation areas were originally used for conventional farming.

In the meantime, however, all cultivation conditions are based on the principles of organic farming and the areas may also be labeled as 'organic' after a certain waiting period.

Unfortunately, the waiting period does not end until the end of 2023, but the flaxseed has an excellent quality even now. :)

Perfekt. Regionaler Leinsamen ist nur schwer zu bekommen. In der Regel kommt er von sonstwoher.
