Coconut balls with date puree and cocoa powder

Ingredients for approx. 10 balls:
- 100g coconut flakes (50 g for the mixture and 50 g for rolling)
- 5 tbsp fine oat flakes gluten-free
- 6 tbsp natural yogurt* - also vegan or coconut yogurt
- 6 tbsp apple puree
- cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp
Date puree - spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, tonka bean

A quick, healthy and above all delicious snack for on the go or in between ?
Preparation:
Mix the grated coconut, oat flakes, cocoa and spices in a bowl.
Then add the yoghurt, apple puree and date puree and mix well until you have a malleable mixture.
If the mixture is still too sticky, add some oat flakes if necessary.
Using 2 teaspoons, form small balls, roll in grated coconut, place on a plate and place in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes.
