Nice cream with dandelion flowers

Ingredients:
- you need for 2 portions - approx. 4 scoops
- 2 bananas
- approx. 30 dandelion flowers
- 50 g natural yoghurt or *vegan alternative
- some vanilla pulp

Dandelion ice cream
Here's how it works:

First, peel the bananas and freeze them in slices for at least 5 hours.

Collect the dandelions and pluck the yellow petals from the green calyxes and blend together with the banana slices, yogurt and vanilla pulp in a powerful food processor/blender until a creamy mixture is formed.

Pour this into a bowl and freeze for approx. one hour.

Then portion out and top with a few flower tongues.

Simply delicious on warm spring days - even if you're not a banana fan!
