Beeswax wraps medium 25x25cm

The medium size of our beeswax wraps (25x25cm) can be used for cheese or larger fruits such as pineapple or honeydew melons.

Beeswax wraps are great for keeping food fresh while eliminating the need for cling film and aluminum foil. Therefore, you are making a small contribution every day to help protect the environment.

Our beeswax wraps are made only from natural and organic ingredients. The basic material consists of organic cotton, which is soaked with a mixture of organic beeswax, tree resin and organic jojoba oil.

Since the wraps are breathable and both the beeswax and tree resin have antibacterial properties, food stays fresh for a long time. Due to the contained jojoba oil, the cloths are additionally very supple. Due to the contained tree resin, the cloths stick easily.

They are also washable and therefore easy to clean. Only for the dishwasher they are unfortunately not suitable, because the wax starts to melt above 62 degrees. Therefore, you should also refrain from wrapping raw meat in the cloths, as in this case a sufficiently hygienic condition is not guaranteed.

The shelf life of our beeswax cloths is about 1 year, depending on the intensity of use.
