Blueberry chia passion - for breakfast or in between meals

Preparation time: 35 minutes - Difficulty level: easy

Ingredients for 2 portions:

- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp blueberry powder
- 300 ml almond milk
- 4 tbsp blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 30 g puffed amaranth
- grated tonka bean to taste
- Topping:
- 0.5 banana
- passion fruit

Blueberry chia passion - for breakfast or in between meals

Preparation:

Place 1.5 banana, blueberry powder, almond milk, maple syrup in a high-performance blender and blend briefly.

Divide the mixture into 2 glasses or dessert bowls, stir in the chia seeds and leave to soak for approx. 1 hour.

Then puree the blueberries and layer them alternately with the amaranth on top of the chia mixture, cut half the banana into thin slices and spread on top, topping it all off with the juicy passion fruit seed mixture.
