Sea buckthorn berries with apple syrup - osmotically dried
In the case of osmotically dried fruit, water is removed during the drying process and partially replaced by apple syrup.
This preserves the fruit, but compared to other drying methods, it remains nice and soft and also retains the original flavor and color.
