Asian salad dressing with ginger and ginseng

Cut the ginger into very fine pieces. Add vinegar and oil and mix well, better even shake. Add the remaining ingredients and shake again. Now let the dressing stand for about 2 hours and enjoy it afterwards.
Depending on your taste, use ginseng powder or pieces. With the powder the taste becomes more intensive and the pieces should be removed before you pour the dressing over the salad.
This dressing tastes best with a mixed leaf salad with cucumber, tomatoes and paprika. A little fried tofu (natural) rounds it off to a low-carbohydrate and protein meal.
