Raspberries with apple syrup - Osmotically dried
In the case of osmotically dried fruits, water is removed during the drying process and partially replaced by apple syrup.
This preserves the fruit, but compared to other drying methods, it remains nice and soft and also retains the original flavor and color.
Our osmotically dried raspberries have a taste strongly reminiscent of aromatic wild raspberries and are ideal as a delicious snack for in between meals or as an addition to muesli, yogurt or as a baking ingredient.
