Chia Overnight Oats with Rosehip Powder & Flower Pollen

  • Vegan - gluten-free - lactose-free

Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 120 ml almond drink or other
- 100 ml water
- fresh fruit of your choice
- tsp rosehip powder
- tsp flower pollen

Oatmeal with rosehip powder, honey & pollen


For the Chia Oats, mash the banana in a bowl, gradually add all the other ingredients and mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hrs or overnight.

Before eating, stir the chia oats and dilute with a little almond drink if desired, arrange in a breakfast bowl and garnish with the toppings.
