Super smoothie with blue spirulina & barley grass powder

Preparation time: 60 minutes - Difficulty: easy

Ingredients for 2 smoothies:
- 1 mango fresh or frozen
- 1 cup wild blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 small beetroot fresh. Beet fresh, you can also use some tender leaves and stems
- 1 tsp Spirulina powder
- 1 tsp barley grass powder or barley grass juice powder
- 1 handful cilantro fresh
- 1 handful sprouts of your choice
- juice of 1 organic lime
- 1 glass cold water or coconut water
- Optional: 2-4 ice cubes for coolness !

Polenta with crispy sage chips & pumpkin seed powder.

Preparation:

Peel the mango, remove the core, brush the beet well under running water (if you prefer it peeled) and cut into quarters.

Put all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend for about 30 sec.

Fill into 2 glasses and enjoy directly !
