Almond milk rice with rose hip powder, honey & flower pollen

Ingredients for 4 portions:
- 750 ml almond milk
- pinch of salt
- 150 g rice pudding
- 2 tbsp honey- here acacia honey
- 2 tbsp rose hip powder
- 4 tbsp Bee Pollen (Bio)
- fruit of your choice ( 100 g per portion)

Almond rice pudding with rosehip powder, honey & flower pollen.


To make the rice pudding, bring the almond milk to the boil with 1 pinch of salt, add the rice, bring to the boil again, stirring constantly, cover and leave to swell over a low heat, stirring occasionally.
Remove the rice pudding from the heat, add the honey and allow to cool slightly, stirring several times, then stir in the rosehip powder and divide into four bowls, add the fresh fruit and sprinkle with the Bee Pollen (Bio).
