Our organic barley grass comes from controlled organic cultivation in Germany and is monitored and certified by the German organic inspection body ABCERT/DE-ÖKO-006 (organic certificate).
Harvesting and drying takes place at the peak of nutrient concentration. Thanks to a special drying process at below 38 degrees, our barley grass is of raw food quality. This means that all valuable ingredients, such as vitamins, enzymes, secondary plant substances, etc., are retained.
We can guarantee the freshness of our product by purchasing it fresh and packaging it directly after harvesting.

Consumption:
Barley grass tastes great in muesli or stirred into fruit or vegetable juices or yoghurt. Of course you can also get our organic barley grass in powder form but also as barley grass juice powder or as a Green Trio combination product in our store.
A tasty combination is, for example, a bowl of muesli or a glass of orange juice with a tablespoon of barley grass (10-15 pellets).
